The Dallas Wings star took fans through her on-court and off-court journey by sharing a series of photos from her record-breaking season on Instagram. Additionally, Bueckers celebrated her rookie milestone with thrilling performances and unguarded behind-the-scenes moments.

Paige Bueckers won WNBA Rookie of the Year on Tuesday, which broke all her previous records. The Dallas Wings star was a winner of the Rookie of the Year after one of the best rookie seasons in league history. In a vote revealed by the league on Tuesday, Bueckers received 70 of the 72 votes cast by broadcasters and sportswriters. The other two were given to Washington Mystics guard Sonia Citron.She recently thanked God on Instagram for a phenomenal first season, highlighting the value of the process over the outcome. She also stated that she was really excited and grateful for her teammates, who she felt should be awarded “Teammates of the Year.”The WNBA star wrote:“Thank you God for an amazing rookie year.. Process over results. Unconditional joy and gratitude, so much to be thankful for. Love my squad, they all deserve Teammates of the Year in my book, nothing is possible without them.. Now let’s keep on keeping on. Go wings!”She further cited Proverbs 16:9, saying that although people may design their own paths, the Lord determines their paths. She then concluded: “Proverbs 16:9.. The heart of man plans his way, but the LORD establishes his steps.”She also uploaded a bunch of pictures from her matches which she played for the Dallas Wings.

After one of the most overpowering first-year seasons in league history, Paige Bueckers was a unanimous choice as WNBA Rookie of the Year. The All-Star point guard received 70 of 72 votes by a national media panel of broadcasters and sportswriters.She was the only rookie in WNBA history to average over 15.0 points and 5.0 assists per game and over 45.0 percent shooting from the field. It was the highest points ever scored in a rookie season in WNBA history. She also became the first player in league history to go 80% in a game and score 40 points or more.

The former UConn star was the sole WNBA player in the top 10 across points, assists, and steals per game. She further scored 19.2 points on 47.7% shooting, with 3.9 rebounds, 5.4 assists, and 1.6 steals.
