During the recent episode of Everybody’s Crazy, Savannah James and April McDaniel spoke about balancing life, social media pressure, and mental health. While answering a question from a caller from Chicago, Savannah James gave a clear picture of the struggles that come along with extreme pressure from social media on today’s youth. April McDaniel said,“Truth is I haven’t accepted that you can’t or shouldn’t have it all and do it all at the same time. Like, you know, I’ve heard and read some different things and some different books. They’re saying, like, you know, you can have it all, just not all at the same time, but why not? And so, like, I’m at this place in my life where it’s like, you know, you do the work and you achieve and become and do all these things, and it’s like the curse, the blessing and curse of overexposure.

The Reframe owner further added,“Even in terms of social media, like, it’s fun to be inspired on social media and see different things, right? And, like, put it on your vision board, but what happens when you start to feel like that’s almost creating some anxiety? Like, I don’t think that your vision board should be based on social media. Social media is fake and phony, so, like, what if your vision board had you want to take a walk every day or you’re going to do something that makes you feel better?”LeBron James and his wife, Savannah, recently celebrated a proud moment as their second eldest son, Bryce Maximus, graduated from Sierra Canyon High School. Meanwhile, their eldest son, Bronny James, was drafted by the Los Angeles Lakers in 2024.
