Iso changes: All about the update – Some call it 'Goated', Others say 'Garbage'

Long-time users of the game haven’t hardly heard of the recently revamped Iso abilities. While some are singing praises of the update, calling it a game-changer, others feel it just doesn’t do the trick.   • Undercut : This ability has now got only one charge rather than two charges. Besides, the cost of this ability has also risen from 200 to 300 credits. This ability also includes Suppression and Vulnerability to enemies, and after 4 seconds application of the effectiveness, it will be more powerful in hindering an opponent’s movements.
  • Contingency: Alt-Fire mode is now modified and the wall moves at half velocity compared to what was formerly. Obviously, it makes the agility of this ability slows, but this doesn’t affect the soaring duration and grants more control concerning maneuvering or strategy.
  • Double Tap: The newly discussed capability of Iso is the change in Double Tap. No more are players tagged with Wall Penetration once his shield breaks. Instead, they are stamped with a Heavy Penetration tag causing Iso to be slowed more after his shield breaks. This has raised varied responses; some feel Iso is indeed very much vulnerable during critical times while others just see it as an interesting change in gameplay dynamic.
  • Kill Contract: A major fix for the bug states that if Iso does not hold the buff from Double Tap, this will now automatically be acquired when the ultimate is used. It ensures that Iso will spawn an orb after winning ultimate duels, leading to opportunities possibly for his team.
