Yash recalls being called "Arrogant" for asking scripts early in his career

Kannada superstar Yash recently attended the trailer launch of the film ‘Manada Kadalu’ in Bengaluru, where he reminisced about his early days in the film industry. Missing out on filmsAs per an India Today report, Yash explained that his insistence on seeing scripts led to him losing out on several films. However, he shared that understanding the story was important for him to fully immerse himself in a role.
He said, “As a youngster trying to break into the film industry, I would ask the directors for my copy of the script. They would judge me as arrogant. But my point was ‘how can I be a part of something if I don’t believe in it? I have lost many films because of this.”

Gratitude to Producer E Krishnappa
