Well, Kash Patel appears to be a sneakerhead. The FBI Director seems to be wearing the beloved Nike Air Jordan 1 Low SE. The black and white sneakers are a ‘fresh take on the AJ1’ as per the website, and bring a modern vibe to the classic neutral pick. The sneakers are made with smooth premium leather and have great cushioning, which gives the comfort one would expect from Jordan. It is available in white, black, matte silver, and fire red, but Kash Patel has gone for the classic white ones. Kash Patel dropped the picture on X, and also said that the ‘only reason to miss the FBI vs Secret Service annual hockey game was for this event. “Dons Hockey for life… only reason to miss @FBI v @SecretService annual hockey game tonight. Thanks for repping boys… both on the ice and for our country,” Kash Patel wrote.
Meanwhile, Kash Patel is set to restore the FBI’s reputation and rebuild the public’s trust in the agency, which according to him has been severely damaged. He aims to focus on restoring fairness, transparency, and accountability at the FBI in his first month on the job.
The FBI boss never misses a chance to embrace his cultural roots. He also talks about how his Hindu upbringing has shaped his values, leadership, and worldview. Born in 1980 in New York City to Gujarati immigrants, Patel spent his early years in East Africa. He was raised in a traditional joint family and has practiced Hinduism. His values at work, education, and respect for elders, among others are rooted in his upbringing. His parents raised him to respect all religions and have often been spotted wearing the sacred thread on his wrist, a common Hindu faith. He has also expressed his devotion to the Hindu deity Lord Krishna in public by chanting ‘Jai Shri Krishna’. He graduated from Garden City High School on Long Island and then enrolled in the University of Richmond. He earned his law degree from a New York institution and later got a certificate in International Law from University College London.
