Salman Khan says ‘that’s what nepotism is’ as he launches nephew Ayaan Agnihotri’s song in Dubai – WATCH VIDEO | Hindi Movie News
Salman Khan recently launched the song of his nephew Ayaan Agnihotri at a grand event in Dubai. For those not in the know, Ayaan is the son of Salman’s sister Alvira Agnihotri and actor Atul Agnihotri. This grand event in Dubai was attended by the entire Khan family, Alvira, Atul. One spotted Salman Khan greeting both his moms – Salma Khan and Helen by giving them kisses as he arrived for the event. This gesture of his won the internet. Meanwhile, Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal were also present at the launch.
At the event, while launching his nephew, Salman spoke about nepotism. The song launch was hosted by Dubai Bling’s DJ Bliss, who appreciated Salman for launching his nephew’s song. Reacting to it, Salman quipped, “That’s what nepotism is.” This left everyone in the audience in splits.
He further added, “His (Ayaan) parents, good producers. Both the kids, Alizeh and Ayaan” A while ago, Salman had launched Alizeh as an actress in his production house with a film titled ‘Farrey’.
Earlier, in an interview with IANS, Ayaan had revealed that he was first going to collaborate with his ‘mamu’ Salman for the song. “Mamu and Vishal Mishra (the composer) were working on the song for some time. They had also shot a music video and were very close to bouncing off the final output and releasing it. But Mamu felt that something more could be added to the track.”
On work front for Salman, the actor is currently shooting for ‘Sikandar’ which co-stars him alongside Rashmika Mandanna. The film is set to release on Eid 2025.
