Sahher Bambba talks about her PCOD and weight loss journey
Sahher Bambba, who stars in Aryan Khan’s directorial debut The Ba***ds of Bollywood as Karsihma Talvar , shared her weight transformation journey, attributing her current physique to overcoming PCOD. She also detailed the challenges of preparing for her role, including a hectic shooting schedule that left little time for rigorous workouts.

Actor Sahher Bambba, who plays the role of Karishma Talvar in Aryan Khan’s much-talked-about directorial debut The Ba***ds of Bollywood, has opened up about her weight transformation and the challenges she faced while preparing for her character. In a candid conversation with ETimes, the actor revealed that her lean frame wasn’t the result of sudden crash diets or extreme workouts but a gradual change that began a few years ago due to health reasons.

“I’s going to be very hard for people to believe, I actually shed a lot of weight a couple of years back because I also had PCOD,” Sahher shared. “Once I got over that, I naturally became this size. In fact, now I don’t gain weight-it’s become the opposite.”
Talking about her preparation for Aryan Khan’s film, Sahher revealed that while she initially trained rigorously with weight training, the hectic shooting schedule left her little time to hit the gym. “By the end of the day, when we were shooting for the song( Badli Se hawa Hai) , I didn’t even get time to go to the gym. Cardio was happening on the go. Aryan would tell me the song shoot is next month, and then it kept getting postponed. I never really got a proper timeline to put in the work,” she recalled.

Interestingly, Sahher revealed she tends to lose more weight during shoots due to stress and constant activity, she states . “I think I stress too much, and it just translates physically. I inevitably end up losing weight even if it is a photo shoot .I have to eat a little extra so that I don’t lose even more weight.”

“ When my mother visits every few months, the first thing she says is that I’ve lost weight. Then she feeds me parathas and makes sure I eat properly,” she smiled.
