Nidhhi Agerwal wants to do a love story film
The ‘iSmart Shankar’ actress, during a conversation with India Today, shared that for her project, she would be a part of a love story. She shared how she worked on a period action adventure film, which is set in a different world altogether, and hopes to be part of a romance drama. “Honestly, what I want to do next is a love story. I would really love to do a love story because I worked on a period film before this with Pawan Kalyan sir, and that was like a completely different world. This (Raja Saab) is again a completely different world—fantasy and all of that,” she said.Having worked on previous projects where VFX has been highly used, she now looks for simplicity in storytelling. She mentioned doing a period love story. She elaborated, “So now I want to do a period love story film that gets over in three to six months of shooting. No CG, no VFX, simple looks. I just want to do a period film after this and then maybe come back again to this genre.”

Speaking about her upcoming projects, she added that she has three films, one in Telugu and two in Hindi. Looking back at her previous year, she hopes for a greater upcoming year, as she said, “Everyone told me 2025 was my year, and I really feel like, in a lot of ways, it was. I was given a lot of love, but I really hope 2026 will be a great year as well.”
