Meghan Markle reveals she’s sending kids emails; Desi fans say she COPIED Alia Bhatt |

FURIOUS Prince William Plans Perfect REVENGE For Meghan and Harry | WATCH

Meghan Markle is making digital memories for her children, but her latest parenting gesture is drawing comparisons to Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt.
In a recent appearance on The Jamie Kern Lima Show, the Duchess of Sussex revealed that she has created secret email accounts for her children—Archie and Lilibet —which she uses to send them daily photos and messages. Inspired by a fellow mother, Meghan explained, “It’s a great time capsule to create for them. I used to have scrapbooks and photo albums, but we’re past that generation now.”
She added, “Before I go to bed almost every night, I email them… Maybe when they’re 16 or 18, I’ll say, ‘Here’s an email I’ve been keeping for you.’”
While some fans praised the heartfelt tradition, others took a more critical tone online, joking about the kids being “spammed” noting that they’ll have “4000+ emails waiting on them.”
The move also caught the attention of Indian social media users, with several claiming Meghan may have “copied” Alia Bhatt. The Bollywood star had recently spoken in an interview about maintaining a digital memory book for her daughter, Raha Kapoor, whom she shares with actor Ranbir Kapoor.
Unlike Meghan’s daily notes, Alia said she sends monthly emails that include photos, videos, and journal-style messages. “When she turns 15, I want to give her this little amalgamation of photos, videos, what happened, and thoughts and feelings,” Alia had said.
A user on X (formerly Twitter), under the handle @redditbollywood, commented: “If you read Alia’s statement, it looks like a more fun idea than Meghan’s daily emails.”
Whether a shared idea or coincidental parenting innovation, both mothers seem committed to preserving the small, fleeting moments of their children’s early years—one message at a time.
