Manish Chaudhary reacts to his ‘Sky Force’ co-star Veer Pahariya getting trolled for his paid PR campaigns: “That’s how it all works…”
Veer Pahariya made his Bollywood debut alongside Akshay Kumar in the recent film ‘Sky Force‘ earlier this year. Following the release, Veer’s distinctive moustache for the character and his dance reels on Instagram became a topic of discussion. However, alongside his rising popularity, the actor has also faced criticism, with many accusing him of orchestrating paid PR campaigns. Now, Veer’s ‘Sky Force’ co-star Manish Chaudhary has addressed the scrutiny surrounding star kids.
In an interview with India Today, Manish acknowledged the evolving landscape of the film industry, where social media presence and PR strategies have become indispensable. He praised Veer’s dedication as a newcomer, highlighting his hard work and enthusiasm. He shared that his experience working with Veer was positive but admitted to having limited knowledge about PR strategies. Manish emphasised that their primary focus was on making a good film rather than external publicity efforts. “Honestly, beyond a point, I don’t have much understanding of how PR works, and I can only talk about him from my personal interactions. We were all there to make a good film, and that’s how it all works,” he added.
Manish is set to feature in Vijay Deverakonda’s upcoming pan-India project and will also play a crucial role in Aryan Khan’s directorial debut, ‘The Ba***ds of Bollywood’, which also features Bobby Deol and Lakshya in key roles.
Manish spoke highly of Aryan Khan’s filmmaking skills, describing his experience working with him as outstanding. He also praised young directors in the industry, noting that many come with formal film education, which makes them more confident on set.
