As per TMZ, Perry was seen leaning across the table during the conversation as the duo drank cocktails and shared dinner. The outlet even shared a video of the two chatting during their meal.

Now, months after the two sparked dating rumours they are making buzz again as they were spotted packing on PDA on a boat in Santa Barbara, California. The pictures are said to have been taken by a passenger on a passing tourist boat, “She pulled up her boat next to a small public whale-watching boat, then they started making out. I didn’t realise who she was with until I saw the tattoo on the guy’s arm and I immediately realised it was Justin Trudeau,” an eyewitness told The Daily Mail.Now, it’s left to see if the two will walk off to marry-land or just cruise around into the sunset.
