During his recent #AskSRK session, Khan had called the wrestler-actor a “rock star.” Soon, Cena took note of the tweet, and sent out a personal note of love, thanking the icon for inspiring him professionally as well as personally.

Ahead of his 60th birthday, Shah Rukh conducted an #AskSRK session on his X account. During the same, a fan asked him to say something about John Cena. Khan replied, “He is a rock star. Very humble and kind.”Soon, SRK’s answer went viral on the internet, and even caught Cena’s attention. He replied, “Will never forget your kindness and our conversation. Thank you for the constant inspiration to me personally and your fans around the world! @iamsrk.”

Previously, John expressed how deeply SRK impacted his life. The Hollywood actor stated he was starstruck and emotional when he met SRK at a grand wedding in Mumbai.While talking to ANI, he said, “He (Shah Rukh) did a Ted Talk that found me at the right time in my life and his words were beyond inspirational to me. They helped orchestrate a change in my life.”He added, “And since that change, I’ve been able to recognise all the jackpots that I’ve been given and been grateful and work hard to make sure I don’t waste them.”Cena further recalled his emotional moment meeting the Bollywood star. He said, “It was just such an emotional moment to be able to shake a person’s hand that affects your life so drastically and tell them specifically what they did.”The Hollywood actor went on to add, “He was amazing. He couldn’t have been more empathetic and kind and sharing. It really was wonderful. I was awestruck, starstruck. It was fantastic.”
