Jaat box office collection day 3: Sunny Deol-starrer sees growth on its first Saturday, crosses Rs.25 crore mark |

Sunny Deol, who roared at the box office with his last release, ‘Gadar 2,’ made a comeback to the big screen with his latest film ‘Jaat.’ This action-packed drama, which is being constantly referred to as a proper South masala entertainer, had a decent opening at the box office but wasn’t able to create the same hysteria like ‘Gadar 2.’ Nevertheless, just when it looked like the movie might not be able to maintain momentum at the box office, a slight rise in the business proved otherwise. According to the latest Sacnilk report, ‘Jaat’ has minted Rs. 26.50 cr after a successful 3-day run at the box office.
‘Jaat’ box office update
Directed by Gopichand Malineni, the Sunny Deol starrer made a business of Rs. 10 crore on its day 3, i.e., its first Saturday. The movie that opened on April 10, 2025, with a domestic collection of Rs.9.50 crore, saw a drop in business on day 2. On its first Friday, the film collected Rs. 7 crore, more than a 25 percent fall. Nevertheless, the movie seems to have picked up pace, and as aforesaid, by the end of day 3, ‘Jaat’ stands at a box office collection of Rs.26.50 crore.
‘Jaat’ occupancy rate on day 3
‘Jaat’ had a 16.70% Hindi Occupancy on Saturday. The morning shows started slow with a footfall of 7.53%, and then a rise was seen during the afternoon shows with an occupancy rate of 15.97%. With a slight increase in the footfall, the occupancy rate in the evening shows was 16.85%, while the night shows had the maximum number with 26.43%.
‘Jaat’ – The star cast
Headlined by Sunny Deol, the movie features Randeep Hooda as the antagonist. The best part is that as much as Sunny is being appreciated for his role, Randeep Hooda’s portrayal of the bad guy is getting equal love and applause. In addition to these two forces, the movie is backed by an ensemble cast, including Regina Cassandra, Vineet Kumar Singh, Saiyami Kher, Ramya Krishnan, and Jagapathi Babu in pivotal roles.
