Farah Khan’s weight loss journey

In a March 2025 episode of her YouTube show with her cook Dilip, Farah opened up about her transformation journey, revealing that despite being a foodie, she had consciously decided to eat only twice a day. Farah confessed, “I try to eat only twice daily. Lunch and dinner. Early dinner by 7.30. Intermittent fasting. But been following for a long time. I had lost weight before Jhalak also.”

It took Farah 7 years to lose weight

In Soha Ali Khan’s podcast ‘All About Her’, Farah shared the challenges she faced during her fitness journey. The filmmaker revealed that it took her about 7 years to lose weight. She also confessed about her tummy tuck surgery and said, “After 4-5 years (of giving birth), I had to go and do a tummy tuck surgery because there was so much extra skin.”In the podcast, she also shared that she had vitamin drips and lymphatic massages at a wellness spa.

Farah Khan’s post-pregnancy struggles

In 2008, Farah gave birth to triplets Czar, Diva, and Anya, using the IVF method. Farah enjoyed becoming a mother, but the state of pregnancy had altered her body in ways she did not anticipate.
