In the latest episode, it was contestant Aryan who found himself at the centre of controversy, both inside the house and across social media, after he refused to complete a crucial task, citing personal reasons and making comments that did not sit well with housemates or viewers.As part of a new task segment, housemates were asked to vote for three contestants they believed were the ‘bravest’ in the house, those who would accept any challenge without hesitation. Aneesh, Aryan, and Gizele emerged as the selected trio, and were sent to the activity area to complete a challenge that could earn the house 1000 points.Once inside, the trio discovered three podiums, each with a demand card. Aneesh picked a card that required him to stay completely mute for the rest of the season. Without hesitation, Aneesh followed the instruction, even before Bigg Boss officially started the task. Aryan picked a card that asked him to drink a juice in one gulp and Gizele’s card required her to shave her head completely.Things escalated quickly when Gizele requested Aryan to swap tasks with her. Aryan refused, stating that shaving his head was against his religious and sentimental beliefs. He also added that it would affect his “glamour” and was not worth just 1000 points. His refusal sparked outrage among the housemates, many of whom questioned his commitment and the validity of his reasons.Aryan then made a controversial statement, asking Abhilash if he would have asked Gizele to strip had that been the task, a remark that was instantly slammed by several contestants as inappropriate and unnecessary.
