5 tips from Kim Kardashian’s trainer to transform your body in 5 minutes |

Everyone wants a six-pack. But are you willing to put the hard work required for it? That’s where the game gets tricky! Being healthy and having a toned body is every other person’s dream until it gets tough. But what if you could achieve it by dedicating 5 minutes of your time every day? Sound unreal, right? But it’s possible. Renowned personal trainer and influencer Senada Greca, who trains celebs, including Kim Kardashian, Selena Gomez, and Miranda Kerr, has shared 5 tips to achieve a dream body.

Start small, win big

Greca’s golden rule is to start small. She firmly believes that fitness isn’t a sprint, but a lifelong marathon. Kim’s personal trainer urges people to start by dedicating 5 minutes to the fitness journey. For beginners, five minutes of exercise daily is enough to kickstart a fitness journey. Whether it’s a brisk walk, a few squats, or bodyweight movements, those initial minutes lay the groundwork for lasting habits. During the Jay Shetty podcast, she said, “You might not see immediate results, but that’s okay. Five minutes a day for a week, then ten minutes the next – small, consistent steps lead to lasting change and make fitness more accessible for everyone.”
Habit is more important than hype

Greca emphasizes that instead of chasing motivatio, focus on commitment. That’s what drives results. “People often think ‘what’s the point?’ But those five minutes are all about building a habit,” she adds. By starting with short, manageable sessions, you can create a routine that sticks. As it starts to ease in you can add some more time, when then eventually turns into a habit.
No such thing as the ‘best time to work out’

When’s the best time to work out? The world-renowned trainer does not believe in a ‘perfect time’ for a workout. It’s whenever fits your life, she suggests. “There is no specific time that is the ‘best time to work out.’ When do you feel more energetic? What time is best suited for your life and your lifestyle?” she says. For beginners though, she recommends mornings to get it done before the day’s chaos takes over. Greca also notes that scheduling workouts at the same time daily reinforces the habit.
Workout environment matters
Kim’s personal trainer also believes in creating an environment that caters to the workout process. For instance, dedicating a space in your home, or slipping into workout clothes. Setting the mood will further encourage you to work out.
Workout for wellness
Greca always encourages her clients to workout for wellness rather than only focusing on a fab body. People these days, workout for the wrong reason. Greca stresses the importance of overall health and wellness over everything else. “Fitness isn’t just about the body, it’s about the mind,” she says, and also hoped to ‘help women rise in strength, mindset, and well-being’. She is also a firm believer in meditation, and also loves home workouts.
