Students steal show at Baldwin Academy’s ‘Pankh 2026’ event
The ‘Pankh 2026 Talent Extravaganza’ at Baldwin Academy celebrated the creative brilliance of youth from schools across the city, spotlighting a dazzling array of artistic performances. In another thrilling event, Arnav Rajrit emerged victorious in the German Spell Bee 3.0 Competition, standing out among 2,000 competitors from Bihar and Jharkhand, a true testament to linguistic excellence and cultural connection.

Patna: The ‘Pankh 2026 Talent Show’ at Baldwin Academy was a celebration of young talent, drawing enthusiastic participation from thousands of students across city schools. Participants from classes I to VIII captivated audiences with performances in music, dance, painting, poetry, speech and other artistic categories.The event was attended by IPS officer Anjani Kumar Jha, Lieutenant Neeraj Kumar, IES officer Vineet Bhardwaj, Warisnagar MLA Manjrik Mrinal, and actor Shardul Bhardwaj. Principal Rajiv Ranjan Sinha reaffirmed the school’s commitment to holistic development and said, “We are dedicated to the all-round growth of children.” Winners in various categories received prizes, and in a mega lucky draw, Kriti Roy from Kavya Udaan (Group C) won an Apple laptop as the bumper prize.Spell bee competition: In the German Spell Bee 3.0 Competition, held at Bapu Tower on Sunday, Arnav Rajrit from The Tribhuvan School emerged as overall champion. Pratyush Nandan of Litera Valley School was runner-up, and Umrah Hassan of Infant Jesus School secured second runner-up.Over 2,000 students from 11 schools across Bihar and Jharkhand participated with 238 reaching the final round after preliminaries. The event featured expert spelling by Spell Master Souvik Biswas, an interactive quiz on Mahatma Gandhi, and a lucky draw, all enthusiastically received by students and educators. Chief guest Kumar Ravi, secretary of the building construction department, stressed the importance of global competence through languages. The contest celebrated linguistic excellence, confidence and an international outlook.
