Security guard arrested for sexual assault of minor girl in TN | Coimbatore News
COIMBATORE: The Krishnagiri police on Friday arrested a private security guard for sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl suffering from learning difficulties.Police said the girl’s parents used to leave her alone at home while they went for work.Murugesan, 41, who works as a security guard at a private garments company in the area, noticed the girl being alone at home. On Friday, Murugesan broke open the gate, entered the house and sexually assaulted the girl.Upon their return, the girl’s parents found her to be upset. They inquired with her, and she revealed the sexual assault happened to her. The girl was taken to Krishnagiri govt hospital for treatment.Her parents lodged a complaint with the Krishnagiri all-women police. The police registered a case and arrested Murugesan.
