HYDERABAD: CBI on Wednesday urged the high court to not rely on the previous judgment of the high court that quashed the case against India Cements in the quid pro quo case involving AP former chief minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy because the central agency has challenged the it before the Supreme Court and it is pending. The CBI counsel said this before Justice K Lakshman, who was hearing a petition by Dalmia Cements that wanted the case against it quashed.CBI registered the case against Dalmia Cements and its MD Punith Dalmia for ‘deriving undue benefits from the state assets’.
