HYDERABAD: A woman sustained injuries on Saturday morning when a drunk driver crashed a BMW into two cars and a bike within the Narsingi police station limits.Police said the incident occurred near My Home Avatar Circle. According to the complainant, Paila Govindu, the incident happened when he was travelling towards Bandlaguda Jagir in his car.He had stopped at a junction traffic light at around 8.45 am when a speeding BMW hit his car, another car and a bike.The woman riding pillion on the bike suffered severe injuries, and all three vehicles were damaged in the collision.Officials stated that a preliminary investigation indicated that the BMW driver, who fled the scene after the incident, was drunk.The police have registered a case and the investigation is ongoing.
