CBI arrests member of Arambai Tenggol in connection with Manipur violence | Guwahati News
GUWAHATI: CBI on Sunday arrested a member of a Manipur organization, Arambai Tenggol (AT), for his alleged involvement in various criminal activities related to Manipur violence.The Central agency stated that the individual was arrested at Imphal airport and has been brought to Guwahati where he will be produced in court for police remand.Cbi has not disclosed the name of the person but it said his family has been informed about his arrest.Cbi is investigating cases of Manipur violence following directions from the Supreme Court.Also, the trials are being conducted in Guwahati.
