2025 Vespa 125 range launched in India at Rs 1.32 lakh.

Vespa has launched the 2025 scooter range in India, starting at Rs 1.32 lakh, ex-showroom. The latest lineup features four variants of the 125cc Vespa: Base, S, Tech, and S Tech. Prices for the new models start at Rs 1.32 lakh, ex-showroom, for the base variant and go up to Rs 1.96 lakh for the top-spec S Tech trim. While the company has introduced only the 125cc lineup for now, a 150cc range is expected to follow soon.
The updated range will be available at Vespa dealerships across the country from February 25, 2025. Here’s a look at what’s changed.

2025 Vespa range: What’s new

Vespa’s 2025 range remains similar to its predecessor in terms of design, save for a few tweaks here and there. A significant upgrade comes in the form of a 5-inch TFT digital display, available on the Tech and S Tech variants. This digital instrument cluster comes with Bluetooth connectivity, navigation, and keyless ignition. Additionally, all models now feature LED lighting.

2025 Vespa: Engine

Speaking of the engine, the updated Vespa scooters houses an updated 125cc, single-cylinder engine, delivering 9.38 bhp and 10.1 Nm of peak torque. The engine is paired with a CVT transmission. In terms of dimensions, the scooters boast a wheelbase of 1,290 mm, a width of 690 mm, and a seat height of 770 mm.
The base Vespa variant is available in seven colour shades, including Verde Amabile, Rosso Red, Pearl White, Nero Black, Azzurro Provenza, Blue & Pearl White, and Orange & Pearl White. Meanwhile, the sportier Vespa S comes in eight colours, such as Matte Verde Ambizioso, Oro, Giallo Yellow, and Arancio Impulsivo.
Besides that, the Vespa Tech is offered in Qala Special Edition, Energico Blue, and Grigio Grey, while the Vespa S Tech gets Nero Black (Matte) and Pearl White finishes. The brand also debuted a special ‘Vespa Oro’ edition.
