Brian King Joseph’s video about Will Smith and the sexual harassment claim
On December 25 last year, the violinist took to his social media to share a video about his ordeals. In the video, Joseph is seen talking about the lawsuit; however, at the time, he did not take any direct names. The video starts with him saying, “Earlier this year, I was hired to be a performer on a major major tour with somebody who was huge in the industry. So I was excited, you know, proud of myself for getting the opportunity. Unfortunately, some things happened.”He further explained that one of the reasons why he is coming out with his story is to start the conversation surrounding reporting sexual misconduct. He shared that it is unfair treatment if you get ridiculed and/or fired for simply reporting workplace harassment. “I know that there’s a lot of other people out there who have been afraid to speak out, and I understand, and if that’s you, I see you,” he concluded.
