As reported by Gujarati Jagran, at one promotional event, actor Karan Joshi, who played Laalo, shared a funny memory from the past. He said that both he and director Ankit Sakhiya were once in a situation where they didn’t even have Rs 45 to pay for tea. Karan explained that he loves drinking tea and once they stopped at a tea stall. The total bill came to around Rs 45.When it was time to pay, Karan tried to scan the QR code using his phone. But the payment failed. When he checked his balance, there was only Rs 9.28 left in his account. He showed it to Ankit and both started laughing at their situation.
Laughter, trust, and a smile from the tea seller
Ankit then told Karan not to worry and said he would pay instead. But when Ankit tried, his account also did not have enough balance. Finally, they told the tea seller that they would come back and pay later. Everyone around them started laughing, and the tea seller also smiled and allowed them to leave.Today, as Laalo enjoys huge success, this small story reminds us that every big journey starts with tough days.
