About the film

The film revolves around Kaali played by Vikram, a grocery shop owner in Tamil Nadu who is reluctantly pulled back into his criminal past when his family faces grave threats. With gritty action sequences and a grounded storyline, ‘Veera Dheera Sooran’ offers an intense viewing experience.

The movie features an ensemble cast including SJ Suryah, Dushara Vijayan, Siddique, and Suraj Venjaramoodu in pivotal roles. Directed by SU Arun Kumar, known for films like ‘Sethupathi’ and ‘Sindhubaadh’, ‘Veera Dheera Sooran’ has a blend of raw action and emotional appeal.
While ‘Veera Dheera Sooran’ has received positive reviews for its performances and direction, its box office journey has been impacted by competition from ‘Mohanlal’s L2: Empuraan’, which is dominating screens in Kerala and other regions. Additionally, delays in its Hindi release have limited its pan-Indian reach.
