Superman 2025's 'Sneak Peek': An extended preview of the James Gunn movie shown at CinemaCon

‘Up, Up, and Away’ – to the massive 5-minute sneak peek!
The gracious studio executives behind a beloved super hero franchise, decided to drop a bomb on the Superman fans with an extended preview of ‘Superman,’ directed by James Gunn. Just two days after CinemaCon, where Superman’s dog, Krypto, stole the hearts, Gunn released the footage he showed at the Las Vegas Convention.
“Check out this Sneak Peek of #Superman

, flying into theaters July 11,” Gunn posted on X, with the sneak peek.

What does the sneak peek show?

The preview commences with a view of the dense place covered in a blanket of snow – and bam! There lies a wounded man, unable to move because of his bruises. With the soft whistles, he signals the super dog. The hero, Krypto, enters by crashing through the snow, and his lively presence is enough to enchant the audience. Bouncing on Superman, Krypto makes sure that he is alive, leading the way to their ‘Home.’ In the spikey palace, the Fortress of Solitude, the presence of Kryptonian robots helps Superman with treatments. The robots take him under the stark sunlight to heal the wounds quickly. As the rays hit, the actor screams in the wildest roar, seemingly hurt by the treatment.

Fans’ reaction…

“This trailer has a 1970s retro vibe with a touch of Christopher Reeve’s Superman. The bright look adds to its nostalgic charm,” a user mentioned. “This is what cinema/entertainment should be! Can’t wait!” another user commented on the YouTube video. “The moment he was back I was continuously getting goosebumps till the end,” a third user expressed.
