‘No Entry 2’ with a new cast
Meanwhile, producer Boney Kapoor has announced ‘No Entry 2,’ but the film will have a new cast. The sequel will star Varun Dhawan, Arjun Kapoor, and Diljit Dosanjh, while the female leads have yet to be announced. This decision left many fans wondering why the original stars, including Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, and Fardeen Khan, were not returning.
Speaking to News18 Showsha, Boney Kapoor had explained, “It is a film that has a lot of potential. People who’ve heard the subject of No Entry 2 feel that it is better than the earlier No Entry. It has all those elements. Unfortunately, we cannot repeat the same star cast. I waited long enough, but everybody had their own reasons, and I respect those reasons. So, it has been freshly packaged now.” The filming of ‘No Entry 2’ is set to begin in June or July 2025, with a planned release date of October 26, 2025, during Diwali. Boney Kapoor is hopeful that they will stay on schedule despite the expected post-production work.
The original ‘No Entry,’ released in 2005, was a huge hit, featuring a star-studded cast including Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, Fardeen Khan, Esha Deol, Lara Dutta, Bipasha Basu, and Celina Jaitly. The film was loved for its humor and the chemistry between the actors.
