On the home front, it has earned the title of the 5th largest hit ever, eclipsing ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ despite being exclusively in Hindi. Kalki featured a stellar cast including Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan and Deepika Padukone, and was mounted as a futuristic, mythological spectacle released in five languages with a full pan-India rollout.
