Netizens slam Diljit Dosanjh for working with Hania Aamir in Sardaar Ji 3: “You can’t expect anything better from him..”

Diljit Dosanjh and Neeru Bajwa’s ‘Sardaar Ji 3’ was the talk of the town from the word go. Firstly, it is one of the highly awaited installments; secondly, it brings Diljit and Neeru together, and thirdly, there were strong reports that with this movie, Pakistani artist Hania Aamir will make her Pollywood debut. Earlier, everyone was tight-lipped about Hania being a part of the movie, but the recently released trailer has cleared the air; she is one of the leading ladies of the film.After the Pahalgam attack and amid growing tensions between India and Pakistan, Hania’s inclusion in the movie has brought the film a lot of criticism. Perhaps that is why the movie will only be released overseas. Sharing the new trailer of the movie, Diljit mentioned – “Sardaar Ji 3 Releasing 27th June OVERSEAS Only 🌍 FADH LAO BHOOND DIAN LATTAN.”Further, clarifying the same, the studio behind the movie also shared the statement – “We’re excited to announce that Sardaar Ji 3 will be releasing overseas on 27th June! However, the India release will be held back for now. We truly appreciate your love and patience, and we’ll be sharing the India release date very soon. Stay tuned for updates. Below the same post, comments started flooding in.

“Never spoke a word during the war…now we know why…I liked him, but the opinion is now changing highly,” wrote a user. While another one added, “Honestly, I don’t think Diljit holds any affinity and love towards India, so I really don’t expect him to be pro-India, but I hope now at least the border makers will remove him from a film based on the life of our army,” read a comment.“You can’t expect anything better from Diljit. Directed by Amar Hundal, ‘Sardaar Ji 3’ is a horror comedy. Diljit plays the ghostbuster Jaggi, while Neeru Bajwa will be seen reprising her role as the ‘rani chuadail.’ Hania from the trailer will be playing Diljit’s love interest. Reportedly, there are a few other Pakistani actors who will be seen in pivotal roles.
