Actress Priyanka Chopra has had fans buzzing about her rumoured return to return to India’s superhero genre with the upcoming movie Krrish 4, alongside long-time co-star Hrithik Roshan. Now, it’s the actress’ remuneration for the film that is making jaws drop.
According to multiple media reports, Chopra has reportedly signed a Rs 30 crore deal for her role in the upcoming film which also happens to mark Hrithik Roshan’s directorial debut.
While Krrish 4 is expected to be the next chapter of the popular sci-fi series that began with Koi… Mil Gaya, Chopra is expected to reprise her role as Priya, a character that first appeared in Krrish (2006). Although her team is yet to officially confirm the casting, reports claim that the actress is highly impressed by Hrithik’s vision for the film’s next instalment. Interestingly, reports also claim that Chopra may opt for a profit-sharing deal for Krrish 4, rather than a fixed fee. She reportedly opted for a similar Rs 30 crore deal for the upcoming SSMB29 that will reportedly see her playing director SS Rajamouli’s leading lady.In a report on Pinkvilla, it was reportedly a ‘no-brainer’ for Hrithik to ask PC to be his leading lady after their shared professional and personal rapport.
The film is being jointly backed by Rakesh Roshan and Aditya Chopra, and will also see Preity Zinta returning to the franchise.
Hrithik, who is currently in the United States on a tour, recently met Priyanka in New York and even attended her husband Nick Jonas’ Broadway musical The Last Five Years. Sharing a series of photos on Instagram, the actor praised the performance, saying, “We went in thinking it’ll be a fun night out with friends and came out mind blown and inspired like never before… Thank you @priyankachopra for an amazing night of theatre, music, fun and food.”

Krrish 4 is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated Bollywood projects in recent years. While fans await new updates on the film, it was previously reported that the movie was eyeing a 2026 release.
