Alaia Baldwin Aronow charged for misdemeanour
According to the latest report on TMZ, Alaia was formally charged with four criminal misdemeanours – simple battery, simple assault, battery and criminal trespass. Her arraignment has been scheduled for April 23. If convicted, she could face up to one year in jail on the battery charge.In a statement to TMZ, Alaia’s attorneys, Drew Findling and Cris Schneider said, “We remain absolutely confident, there will be a positive resolution.”

The formal charges came nearly two years after Alaia was involved in an incident in February 2024, when she was arrested after a confrontation with nightclub staff. As per police records obtained by E! News, surveillance footage shows Aronow “forcing her way into the locked employee bathroom” despite being informed that a public restroom was available nearby. Bartender Haleigh Cauley told police that Aronow allegedly removed her tampon and threw it at her, prompting security to intervene and escort her out of the club.The report further claims, “The video clearly shows Ms. Aronow grabbing and pulling Mr. O’Neill’s hair and her hitting Mr. Hills in the genitals.”Aronow, who has been married to Andrew Aronow since 2017, claimed that she was “forcefully removed from the club” and later admitted to throwing the tampon. She also claimed that her alleged physical altercation with the security were in self-defence.
