As reported by MoneyControl, it is spread across the top four floors of a high-rise building, from the 16th to the 19th floor, this quadruplex apartment offers a massive 11,266 sq. ft. of space inside, with an additional 1,300 sq. ft. of terrace area. With a price tag of over Rs 100 crore, it’s clear that the couple’s new home reflects their status as one of Bollywood’s most powerful pairs.
The apartment boasts breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea, makes it an ideal place to raise their daughter, Dua.
A perfect neighbourhood for superstars
The ‘Bajirao Mastani’ actors’ new home is located in an area known for its celebrity residents. Just a stone’s throw away is Shah Rukh Khan’s iconic residence, ‘Mannat’, while Salman Khan’s ‘Galaxy Apartment’ is also nearby. It’s an area where Mumbai’s elite gather, and now, Deepika and Ranveer will be part of this exclusive community. Interestingly, Shah Rukh Khan has temporarily moved to an apartment in Pali Hill while ‘Mannat’ is being renovated and extended, so the two superstar families will soon be even closer.
