Bollywood actor Sonu Sood has invested in a piece of land located in Shirdon, Panvel. The property, valued at Rs 1.05 crore, was officially registered in October 2025, as per documents accessible on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website and verified by the real estate site Square Yards.

Reportedly, the property measures about 0.065 hectares (close to 777 square yards) and involved a stamp duty cost of Rs 6.3 lakh along with Rs 30,000 in registration fees.

Located along the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and the Panvel-Karjat train line, Panvel has quickly gained importance as a residential and business center. Meanwhile, Sonu Sood sold his Mahalaxmi apartment that month for Rs 8.10 crore. Having bought it for Rs 5.16 crore back in 2012, he made a gain of Rs 2.94 crore over 13 years.
