The K-pop boy group breaking age norms with no minors
As more K-Pop groups debut, the ages of their members often become a topic of discussion. Each year, the number of underage idols increases, sparking ongoing debates among K-Pop fans. In fact, most recently, fans have expressed concerns about the youngest active idol, UNIS’ Seowon, who debuted at just 13 years old.
Amid all this, Monster Brain Entertainment has been preparing for the debut of their new boy group, Epic Travels. What makes them unique? This group has no minors, with the youngest member being 29 years old.

Born in Seoul, South Korea, he joined Epic Travels on February 20, 2025. He debuted with SNUPER in 2015 and competed on The Unit (2017), King of Mask Singer (2019), Mr. Trot (2020), and The Ddanddara (2024). He has already completed his mandatory military service from July 20, 2020, to April 2, 2021, but was discharged early due to health reasons.

He is from Changwon, Gyeongsangnam Province, South Korea, He was a member of TARGET (2014โ2021) and the hip-hop trio TRIPLOW (2015โ2016). He enlisted as a social service worker on March 18, 2021, and has since completed his military service. However, due to recurring shoulder dislocations, he was exempt from active-duty service.

He was born in Asan, Chungcheong, South Korea. He was previously a member of NOM (2013โ2016) and TST (2017โ2020) and later competed on Be Mbitious (2022). Before debuting, he auditioned for JYP Entertainment but did not make it. From April 6, 2020, to October 12, 2021, he completed his military service as part of the military band. A talented dancer, he won the Grand Prize at a National Youth Dance Contest and the Mnet Dream Project Dance Division Championship.
