Soha Ali Khan is married to Kunal Kemmu since January 2015. They have a daughter now, names Inaaya Kemmu. While they serve couple goals, in a recent interview, Soha has revealed the one advice which her mom Sharmila Tagore gave her for a long lasting marriage. Soha was seen with her close friend Neha Dhupia during this conversation. Neha and Soha have been great friends for years now and they opened up on their respective marriages. Neha revealed in this chat with The Hollywood Reporter India that Soha gave her this advice when she got married to Angad Bedi. She said, “When I got married, Soha told me, ‘Remember men have really fragile egos. So watch what you say.'” Soha revealed this was the advice her mom Sharmila Tagore gave her. “My mother told me that a woman should look after a man’s ego and a man should look after a woman’s emotions. If you’re able to do that, you’ll have a long relationship.” However, she added, “Of course, today, people may say women also have egos and men also have emotions, and that’s valid. But I think it was advice given with good intent. Marriages are challenging, and it’s comforting to have friends to lean on.“ In the same chat, Soha spoke about Sharmila being a working mom. Tagore continued to work even after she got married to Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi (Tiger Pataudi) and had children. She said, “Sometimes, my mother didn’t see my brother for weeks. And then, she would rush home to do bedtime with him and he would be like, ‘I don’t need you. I don’t want you right now’ because he was also upset. So he is fine with the didi and then you are like, ‘What did I rush home for?’ And then you are so stressed about that time that you end up being short with your children, so it’s a lot.“
