Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio and his girlfriend, Italian model Vittoria Ceretti, are set to join the long list of celebrities, attending Amazon founder Jeff Bezos’ wedding to Lauren Sanchez in Venice. DiCaprio and Ceretti have been romantically linked since August 2023. This will be their first appearance since rumours of a secret engagement began doing the rounds online. A source confirmed to PEOPLE that the Titanic star and his 27-year-old model girlfriend will be among the A-list guests gathering in Venice for the high-profile celebration. The multi-day wedding festivities are drawing a long list of celebrity guests. According to reports, these guests include, Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner, Eva Longoria, Joshua Kushner and Karlie Kloss, Oprah and Gayle King. Indian socialite Natasha Poonawala, who also attended Sanchez’s swanky bachelorette, is expected to attend the do. These are just some of the 200-250 guests expected to arrive for the grand wedding.Sanchez’s ex-boyfriend, former NFL player Tony Gonzalez, is also expected to attend along with the couple’s 24-year-old son, Nikko. According to reports, five of the city’s most luxurious hotels have been booked out to host their guests. These include the celeb favourite Cipriani, where George and Amal Clooney tied the knot in 2014.Bezos, proposed to Sanchez, in 2023 aboard his $500 million superyacht. In a December 2023 interview with Vogue, Sánchez recalled being overwhelmed during the proposal, saying she “blacked out a bit” after seeing the 30-carat diamond ring.The celebrations are expected to kick off Thursday and end Saturday with a ceremony at a secret location.The security details are under tight wraps amid rumours the rite may take place at the historic Church of the Abbey of Misericordia, or at the Arsenale, a vast shipyard complex dating back to when the city was a naval powerhouse.
