Sean Diddy Combs faces new rape allegations from street performer |

The legal cases against music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs are piling up. In new allegations, the star is facing a lawsuit filed by a John Doe, who claims he was raped by the Bad Boy Records founder after being invited to a party in November 2022.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the plaintiff alleges he was performing as a street musician outside a well-known Los Angeles nightclub when a man identifying himself as a talent scout for Diddy invited him to a private party. Upon his arrival at a residence, Diddy reportedly engaged in conversation with the man about his music career and offered him a drink.
The lawsuit states that the conversation progressed with the plaintiff complimenting Diddy’s necklace. The singer then invited him to see more of his jewellery collection. However, upon entering a private room, the man alleges he suddenly felt drowsy and disoriented, despite having only consumed one drink.
The lawsuit further goes on to detail Diddy’s conversation with the man that led up to him sexually assaulting him while he was incapacitated from drugs.
The plaintiff claims he regained consciousness the following morning to someone administering an IV before being transported back to the nightclub where he had been picked up.
In his suit, he claims that he has since suffered severe emotional and psychological distress, seeking damages for pain, mental anguish, and humiliation.
Texas attorney Tony Buzbee, who represents over 100 alleged victims of Diddy, filed the lawsuit.
Meanwhile, Diddy’s legal team has dismissed the claims, stating: “As we’ve said before, Mr Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”
