Several celebrities including Tanishaa Mukerji, Sushmita Sen, Wamiqa Gabbi, Huma Qureshi, and Babil Khan attended an event in Bandra, Mumbai, on Sunday. Everyone was dressed in stylish and bold outfits, almost like a Met Gala theme. However, Tanishaa Mukerji is being trolled online for wearing a black see-through dress with large white flowers.

As soon as the video started doing the rounds on social media, comments poured in from all sides. While one user wrote, ‘Lagta ha Taylor astar lagana bhul gaya’, another one added, ‘nursery ke bache ka school project lag raha hai’. A user also compared her to Uorfi Javed‘.
Struggles in Bollywood
Tanishaa couldn’t achieve the same stardom as her mother Tanuja and sister Kajol. However, she continues to work in films and reality shows. She was last seen in Luv You Shankar, which didn’t do well at the box office. Her next project is her Marathi debut, Veer Murarbaji.
Upcoming Project: Marathi Debut
Veer Murarbaji, directed by Ajay–Anirudh, is a biopic on Murarbaji Deshpande. Actor Ankit Mohan plays the lead role. Although the film was announced in 2023, it has not been released yet and is still awaiting its theatrical debut.
Tanishaa Mukerji was the first runner-up in Bigg Boss Season 7. She later took part in Khatron Ke Khiladi 7 but didn’t win the show. In 2023, she joined Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11 and impressed the judges with her dancing, but couldn’t take home the trophy.
