PML SD Business School signs MoU with Laurentian University, Ontario | Chandigarh News

CHANDIGARH: PML SD Business School on Monday signed a memorandum of understanding with Laurentian University, Ontario for student and faculty exchange programmes besides.
PML SD Business School Director Dr Kapil Pandla and Laurentian University Dean Dr Parvinder Arora said the purpose of the agreement was to achieve cooperation between the two institutions by promoting academic and cultural exchanges through mutual assistance in the areas of teaching and research.
Apart from the student and faculty exchange programmes, the scope of the MoU also includes joint research projects by faculty and researchers, development of study trek programmes, participation in summer and winter programmes, enrollment of students in regular degree programmes and internship opportunities. It has been signed for a period of five years.
Kapil Pandla said PML SD Business School, said, “The MoU will open the doors for students who wish to experience the academic and cultural atmosphere of Canada while studying at PML. This will enable them to make a decision and help in case they wish to join a degree programme at Laurentian or elsewhere. PML has a reputation for providing holistic value based management education and the new understanding will provide an international touch to studying at the institute.”
