The Hornets have been unlucky as their losing streak continues, despite getting inches closer to the win against the top team in the Eastern Conference. Miles Bridges gave a game-high 46-point performance against Donovan Mitchell and company, but his team could not secure the win. Cleveland Cavaliers vs Charlotte Hornets game summary

The game saw a mixed performance from the Cleveland Cavaliers. Max Strus had a rough night, going 0-for-3 from the field, including three missed three-pointers. However, he made all three of his free throws and contributed three rebounds. Evan Mobley scored 19 points and 10 rebounds.
Jarrett Allen added 14 points and 11 rebounds. Donovan Mitchell led the team in scoring with 24 points. On the other hand, Darius Garland contributed 20 points with three three-pointers on six attempts while hitting all nine of his free throws.
The bench had some solid contributions, particularly from De’Andre Hunter and Sam Merrill. Hunter scored 15 points on efficient shooting. Merrill added 12 points. Ty Jerome also provided a small boost with six points, five rebounds, and three assists.
Charlotte Hornets’ Miles Bridges had a stunning night, leading the team with 46 points. Bridges also grabbed eight rebounds while adding two assists and two steals.
Jusuf Nurkić also made a big impact, finishing with 18 points and 15 rebounds.

LaMelo Ball struggled with his shots, but he still managed to score 13 points. Ball also dished out seven assists.
The Hornets fell short of just 1 point as they added another defeat to their stats, making it a total of 48 against their 14 wins.
