With over eight months since fans were treated to a teaser of the film starring Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi and Yash, it now looks like fans are now taking matters into their own hands. With the help of AI, netizens have been whiling away their time by reimagining ‘Ramayana: The Legend of Prince Rama’ as a live-action spectacle with Ranbir as Lord Ram, Sai as Sita and Yash as Ravana. ‘Ramayana’ makers to release new promos

Despite the film being slated for a Diwali release, director Tiwari has yet to unveil a trailer or share complete first looks of the lead characters. Industry buzz suggests that the team may be strategically timing the release of promotional posters and trailers to coincide with upcoming Hindu festivals.‘Ramayana’ is will be released as a two-part cinematic event, with Part 1 scheduled for a Diwali 2026 release and Part 2 expected to arrive during Diwali 2027.

On the work front

As fans wait for an update on the film, actor Yash is gearing up for the release of his next big action film, ‘Toxic’. The movie that will see the actor channel his inner gangster for the film, will hit theatres on March 19, where it will clash with the Ranveer Singh starrer ‘Dhurandhar 2’. Ranbir Kapoor, on the other hand, also has a film lined up for release prior to ‘Ramayana’. He will be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali‘s ‘Love and War’ where he will reunite with Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal.
