Budget+: Time for India to make manufacturing great again?

Manufacturing has always been seen as the workhorse of the economy. It’s not glamorous, it’s not aspirational, it’s not even quickly scalable — in fact, it’s almost dull. Especially when seen next to the slick and nimble services sector. But it seems US president Donald Trump is making factories cool again.
The latest Budget makes this priority evident.
