Kartik Aaryan is currently busy working on his next project, ‘Nagzilla’, in Mumbai. The movie is reportedly on track, and the shooting will be completed by the end of February. The makers are planning to release the film in August this year. As per reports, work on VFX has also started simultaneously.
Kartik Aaryan’s ‘Nagzilla’ postponed?
According to the Mid-Day report, Ravi Kishan, who is also part of the film, is currently shooting for the movie. In February, the team will shift to Delhi for the last schedule of the movie, and it will be for a month. As per the report, the month of March will be dedicated to patchwork of the film.
The report further stated that as the movie highly relies on VFX, the makers want it to be perfect for an “immersive experience.” A source told the publication, “Once filming wraps up, the team will assess the remaining work and the time needed to complete it.”This news comes following reports of the film being postponed.

Kartik Aaryan is set to play the role of Preyamvadeshwar Pyare Chand, who is an Ichchadhari Naag. The first look of the movie was released in April last year. Karan Johar has backed the project. The movie marks Kartik’s second collaboration with KJo after ‘Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri’. It was released in theaters on December 25, 2025. The film tanked at the box office.Meanwhile, directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, the fantasy movie is scheduled to release in theaters on August 14, 2026, during Naag Panchami.
