The film was first planned to begin shooting in January 2026.According to Mid-Day reports, that plan has now changed. The film will start shooting only in late March 2026. The reason is simple. The script is still being worked on. A new draft is now being written. Both Aamir and Hirani want more time to get the story right.

Earlier, Rajkumar Hirani spoke about how Aamir works on scripts. He said in a podcast by the Game Changers YouTube channel, “Aamir loves to listen to the script, work on it and put his questions forward. He writes down all his dialogues himself after reading the script, that’s how he memorises his lines. He does it so that he internalises them and doesn’t stress over them later. Then, I would rehearse with him multiple times so that, by the time we reached the set, we pretty much knew the route we were taking.”
