‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ started off with Abhira and Armaan sharing a moment. While Abhira asks him to rest and relax, Armaan tells her that he needs her support by his side now. Maira later comes into the room, and the three of them fall asleep together.
Meher’s victim breaks down in tears
The scene shifts to Meher’s victim breaking down in tears at different moments, all the while taking care of her daughter. She makes a promise to herself that whatever she is feeling will not come in the way of her daughter’s future.
Success party prep goes into motion
The scene changes to the Poddar family preparing for Armaan’s success party together. Armaan and Abhira also get ready to attend the party. Even Krish, who has been absent from the family’s business for the most part, arrives at the party. A flashback is shown all of a sudden from when Tanya found Krish injured and beaten up by hooligans.Krish apologizes to Armaan for his actions and talks about how sorry he is. Armaan, however, sternly replies by telling him that he should apologize to everyone, loudly so that they can all hear what he has to say. Armaan listens to him, however, and admits that he will only forgive him when he can.
Meher Mittal ’s arrival at the party
As the party starts and guests start arriving, Meher also comes in with her father. Photographers at the party try to take Meher’s photos, but Abhira stops them quickly and takes Meher away from the chaos. As she thanks her and Armaan for supporting her through everything, her victim, who has not yet been named, also arrives at the party.
Kiara almost tells her mother about Surekha
Kiara also attends the event, where her mother asks her about how her married life has been going so far. She asks her how everyone is treating her at home. While she shares that her husband dotes on her, when Surekha’s name is mentioned, her expression falls apart. Manisha notices this and tries to pry the truth out, but Kiara simply dismisses her and tells her that they can talk about it later. She fears about letting anyone in the family know about how Surekha has been treating her.The scene shifts to Vidya and Abhira talking about Armaan. While Abhira shares that Armaan struggled a lot because of the family’s pressure on him, Vidya counters her opinion. She states that Armaan is strong enough that he overcame all of the challenges on his own.
Manisha finds the truth about Surekha’s treatment of Kiara
Later on, as the party continues to boom, Manisha spots Surekha and Kiara talking. As she draws closer, she overhears Surekha’s comments about comparing Kiara to Charu again and again. Surekha even taunts and comments about Kiara not having any jewelry to wear at the event, unlike everyone else. Without understanding the situation, Abir also stands by his aunt rather than his wife, and scolds Kiara for not treating Surekha with respect. Manisha, after hearing all of this, is left distraught. She decides that she needs to do something in order to protect her daughter from everything.
Abhira receives a threatening letter
Later on, Abhira receives a letter with a threat that says that Armaan’s fate will match someone else’s. This worries her as she tries to find her husband. Meher’s victim, however, is successful in adding poison to Armaan’s drink. Abhira then receives an image of the driver who passed away in Meher’s case, and finds out that he is the husband of the woman that she met the other day with her daughter. The preview for the next episode shows how the woman finally comes clean about her actions and confronts Abhira. She calls her out and shares why she tried to take revenge in the first place. As she leaves, she gives Abhira a letter. The letter reveals that she has left, and her daughter is now Abhira’s daughter.
