After successfully completing their military service, BTS have fans waiting for the big comeback. Amid buzz about the boys bringing the band back together, BTS in an official letter, finally gave fans the confirmation they had been waiting for.
BTS confirms comeback date
BTS sent out a letter to fans confirming the date for their 2026 comeback. In the early hours of January 1, the group shared a letter which contained a special message for fans, wishing them a Happy New Year, and even thanked them for waiting out the three years for the group to make a comeback.Ever since Jin and J-Hope’s enlistment, the remaining members had joined their mandatory service one by one. Jungkook and Jimin were the last to be officially discharged last year. The letter also contained the final date of the comeback as well, which was written as “2026.03.20.” It had been confirmed earlier that soon after the comeback, BTS will embark on their next world tour. While the dates and locations have yet to be announced to the world, there have been a lot of speculations about all of the places that they may visit this year, with buzz about a possible India stop.

As soon as the letter was shared with the fan club members, many took to their social media accounts to share the news with the world. One fan’s comment about the announcement read, “BTS announced their comeback date themselves to ARMY first through their handwritten letter oh my tannies i love you,” while another shared, “you know i find it so cute that bts shared the comeback date with us only. Not a big statement made by bighit but a letter just for us. Feels so personal, like this is between bts and ARMYs only.”
