When Amitabh Bachchan shared nostalgic Boy Scouts photos from school; ‘Those good ol' days’

The Shehenshah of Bollywood, Amitabh Bachchan known for his movies ‘Sholay’, ‘Deewar’, and ‘Agneepath’, remain as influential today as he was back then. The actor who is also very active on social media often posts blogs and nostalgic photos. In 2024, Big B shared the rare pictures from his schools, gives the glimpse into his times as Boy Scout.

The school photos and heartfelt caption

The throwback post featured a series of black-and-white images from Amitabh Bachchan’s school annual book. The first frame showed a young Amitabh dressed in a Boy Scouts uniform. Another image captured his entire class posing proudly for the camera. The text visible on the photograph read, “Boys’ High School Scout Troop. The winner of the Inter-School Challenge Shield. Allahabad District 1954.”Sharing the memories, the actor wrote, “Those good ol’ days of Boy Scouts .. the special scarfs .. the badge… the special salute .. Baden Powell its Founder… and how many of those learnings still being practised…” .
