Police finds mini-arms factory in a raid in Khagaria | Patna News
Khagaria: Police on Friday unearthed a mini arms manufacturing factory during a raid at Jaralhiya Bahiyar under Mufassil police station area in Khagaria district. They also arrested a man in this raid.Khagaria SP Rakesh Kumar said that acting on a tip-off, a police team headed by the sadar SDPO Mukul Kumar Ranjan conducted a raid in the area. The team found that a mini arms manufacturing factory was running there and some people of the area were engaged in supplying illegal arms.Police arrested one Toofani Kumar, son of Gaurav Kumar of Jangli Tola under the same police station who was remanded to judicial custody under Arms Act. Police also seized a country made pistol besides few unfinished arms and drilling machines and other tools and equipments for manufacturing arms, SP said.
