South Indian superstar Nayanthara has officially joined the cast of Mahesh Narayanan’s much-anticipated Malayalam film, tentatively titled MMMN. The project, which marks the reunion of Mohanlal and Mammootty in lead roles after 16 years since Twenty:20 (2008), has already generated immense buzz.
On Sunday (February 9), the production house shared a video of Nayanthara’s arrival on set, where she was seen warmly interacting with Mammootty, director Mahesh Narayanan, and other crew members.
This film also marks Nayanthara and Mammootty’s first collaboration since ‘Puthiya Niyamam’ (2016), having previously shared screen space in ‘Bhaskar the Rascal (2015)’, ‘Rappakal’ (2005), and ‘Thaskara Veeran’ (2005). The star-studded ensemble cast also includes Fahadh Faasil and Kunchacko Boban in pivotal roles.

While the behind-the-scenes footage showcased the film’s grand setup and camera arrangements, it strategically avoided revealing any actual scenes, keeping details about the storyline under wraps.
Directed by Mahesh Narayanan, ‘MMMN’ is touted to be a thriller that is mounted on a huge budget with heavy star power. After Prithviraj Sukumaran’s ‘L2: Empuraan’, Mahesh Narayanan’s directorial is surely the most awaited film in Mollywood. The movie started its shoot on November 19 in Sri Lanka and later actor Fahadh Faasil joined the project. The cinematography of this big budget film is done by Manush Nandan.
